2012 Spring Flag Football/ Fall Tackle Football / Cheerleading Sign Ups
 
Sign ups will take place at Valparaiso High School in the Gym Lobby.  Enter at Door #5.
 
Dates for sign ups are:
 
Thursday, March 22nd from 6 - 8 pm.
 
Tuesday, April 3rd from 6 - 8 pm.
 
Saturday, April 7th from 8 - 11 am.
 
Final Sign Up Saturday, April 14th from 10 am - 2 pm.
 
Sign Ups after April 14th will incur a late fee.
 
Bring copy of birth certificate and all necessary forms filled out to sign ups. 
 
 NO SIGN UPS WILL BE TAKEN WITHOUT A BIRTH CERTIFICATE. 
 
 All Football players and cheerleaders must be present at sign ups.

Once again Valpo Pop Warner will be hosting Spring Flag Football.  Flag Football will be played on Sunday afternoons at Valpo High School.  The registration fee is $40 (discount for additional siblings) and includes a team shirt.  Flag football is open to all boys and girls ages 5 - 14 as of July 31st.  The games will be played on April 29, May 6, May 13, and May 20 with a first practice to take place before the first weekend.  There will not be practices after the first game.

Our 7th Annual Golf Outing is scheduled for Saturday, August 4th at Forrest Park Golf Course.

Our 2nd Annual 1st Down & 5K to Go is scheduled for Sunday, August 5th at Valparaiso High School.
